Friday evening - after tea - had a drive up to Ladybower and Derwent. It was a "muggy" evening but I got some nice shots of the late evening sun (well I like 'em anyway!). Here's the "opening shot"
I love the light at this time of day and you can see why photographers call the hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset "the golden hours!"

Off to watch Belper v Grantham this afternoon - apparently we've signed a Greek striker in the last week and lost midfielder Rubens Wiggins-Thomas to another club. "C'est la vie!" as they say!
